| Walk Name | Chinley Head and Lantern Pike |
| Description | This figure-eight route is one of the finest walks in the Western Peaks. It stays mainly on well-established footpaths—nothing too adventurous! I led this exact route for the S40s back on 30/07/2017. After starting from Chinley, we will ascend Cracken Edge, then Quarry, Hills Farm, after that we will pass Far Phoside and Hayfield, then taking the Snake Path towards Spray Wood, Taiga Farm, then ascending the Lantern Pike, Pennine Bridleway, Andrews Farm, and return to Chinley. |
