| Description | We will walk through the ancient wood now known as Frith Wood but to a generation it had a different name. We’ll take a break in Metapic Wood which has a few surprises. Then it’s a moderate climb up to Summerley which has great views looking back towards Dronfield. Route – Frith Wood, Calleywhite Lane, Metapic Wood, Half Acre Lane, Summerley, The Riddings and back to the village hall. |
