| Description | We set off from Bakewell and straight away we are into a climb through the golf course to the road at the top. Then along a bit before dropping down to Edensor for a tea break. Then, up again to cross Calton Pastures and then down a short distance from Haddon Hall and back along the river to Bakewell. I have graded this A2 because, while its a short one, there are two lots of uphill on this walk. Neither of them are too bad though and we will wait for any stragglers. And did I mention that the sun is going to shine? I think I did. |
