| Start Time | 6:00 pm - EVENING WALK |
| Walk Name | |
| Description | We start with a few standing stretches at the park and then down to Forge Dam, across to Ringinglow Road and we take a path before Norfolk Arms, down the hill past the llamas (steep descent) and back through the Mayfield valley. A little bit on the road but safe and pleasant. In a mindful/wellbeing walk, one walks with awareness, attempting to keep in the present moment. During the first 20 mins of the walk, we’ll change our attention to focus on different things (active meditation). Afterwards, we can share our experiences if we feel like, catch up and natter as we normally do. A bit different from our usual walks and hope you feel adventurous or curious enough to join. We will stop for a short refreshment break or a guided meditation. |
