Description | From Old Glossop we follow path to near Cock Hill. We then work our way across to the Pennine Way via Torside Castle. It can be extremely muddy (another Burmah road!!). We then go to Bleaklow Head and across to Hern Clough. We leave the Pennine Way and go to Higher Shelf stones. From there to Lower Shelf stones and then down via Shelf Benches to start. |

Start Point Details | Entering Glossop from the Snake Pass, take a right turn into Manor Park Road (by the Commercial Inn, before the mini-roundabout) then follow the road round to the right into Shepley Street (by The Queens).
