Day Tuesday
Date 24/12/2024
Start Time 10:00 am
Walk Name Eyam to the highest pub in Derbyshire
Description We start with a steady uphill climb out of Eyam to Sir William Hill, then it’s an undulating walk to lunch in Great Hucklow (pub - sorry, not dog friendly, including in the garden). If it’s a clear day we’ll have great views, especially from our tea stop by the highest pub in Derbyshire.

After lunch it’s a fairly flat walk back to Eyam via Grindlow and Foolow.

As it’s Christmas, please wear your silly hats, antlers, red nose or anything to remind us that it’s Christmas Eve!

Toilets at start (honesty box for donations).

Pub or tea shop at the end for a Christmas tipple after we’ve changed our boots and offloaded our rucksacks.
