Description | Starting from Wildboarclough we pass the Cragside Inn before climbing Shutlingsloe, and then descend down through Macclesfield Forest to the banks of Trentabank and Ridgegate reservoirs. We then follow the Gritstone Trail across fields to Fox Bank and the BT tower on Croker Hill. The return route is via Nabbs Hill, Hammerton Hill to the parking. |
