Walk Name Eyam and Stoney Middleton
Description This walk has two short steep climbs, one at the beginning and one at the end. The walk takes in some road walking, stoney paths and woodland forest. Walking out of Eyam passing the highest pub in Derbyshire (apparently) walking around the edges of Eyam, down to Stoney Middleton and back up to Eyam. This is lovely little walk and lots of information dotted around the villages about the plague and other little bits and pieces of historic information. We pass Riley’s Graves, the Roman Baths and the boundary stones.
