Description | From the car park cross the A6 into the Shopping Outlet and follow the River Derwent till reaching the A612. Cross the road a few yards along and along the path heading to Fold Farm and Beeley Village. Head for the church and cross the road again and follow the river into the grounds of Chatsworth. Head for Edensor. Head up the lane and take the steps up onto open grassland and head for Maud’s Plantation and Carlton Houses. Head down the hill following the brook and Calton Lees. At Calton Lees Farm head along the path (Derwent Valley Heritage Way) and back to Rowsley Village and the pub. |
