Walk Name | Langsett and Midhope Wander |
Description | From Langsett Barn car park we cross A616 and walk along the old railway line before crossing the A616 again and head to Midhopestones then Spring Moor, Upper Midhope, and Thickwoods. We take in part of Midhope Moors before heading back to Langsett Resevoir at Mickleden Edge. The last part of the walk is a nice stroll beside the reservoir. It is a mixed walk with a couple of climbs, some woodland and moorland and a good bit of road walking (but the roads are very quiet). |
